The general task is to automate a catering unit with a type of table service. This means control over employees, business operations, warehouse resources, business processes, and security. In this case, you will learn how to automate: accepting orders, entering orders in the system, sending orders to the kitchen, printing guest receipts, generating financial reports, and monitoring the quality of waiter service.
Solution:
The best equipment for the automation process of the Cricima Gagauz restaurant involved the integration and configuration of complex software and hardware consisting of a powerful POS terminal FEC AerPPC with the subsequent installation of iikoFront (a system that allows you to register and pay for the order of a guest) on him. Two Citizen CT-S310II thermal printers have been connected to the terminal for printing receipts and kitchen orders. A hardware and software complex of this type is associated with the activity of the payment area and with the kitchen. All work-related to accepting and delivering orders has been automated based on iiko software.
