GRAEF VA 806 FB is a fully automatic slicer with a belt conveyor 1300 mm for slicing, stacking, and transporting the product.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
If the machine is only used for cheese it is recommended to use the "cheese" option. This variant includes the following equipment:
- Cheese base frame - the base frame is an element of the machine with a tip, + special cutting devices which include a special knife and blade
- Teflon coated to reduce friction and facilitate cleaning
- Control system for uniform product stacking
- Setting up and storing various product styling variations
- Stainless steel belt conveyor, non-corrosive
- Conveyor length 690 mm or 1300 mm, depending on the model of the slicer
- Easy and quick installation of the conveyor belt
- Conveyor width: 250mm
- The slicer is equipped with an automatic smooth-running carriage. Removable carriage for easy cleaning
- Adjustable number of strokes: 30-55 strokes/min
- Mechanized feeding of product for slicing
- Simple and quick fixation of the product using patented technology
