This document sets out the terms and conditions for use of the RTI.MD website and all terms and conditions for the purchase of products and services sold through our website. The privacy policy, return policy and any other documents constitute the contents of this document, hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions".
RTI reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
1. General Terms and Conditions
The present "Terms and Conditions", as well as the product information posted on the Website, constitute a public offer in accordance with Article 681 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova and Law No. 284 on Electronic Commerce. The Buyer, having familiarized himself with the text of these terms and conditions of sale, accepts them by ticking the box "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions".
The relations between the Buyer and the Seller are established on the basis of the Law No. 105 of March 13, 2003 "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.
The Seller reserves the right to change these "Terms and Conditions", and the Customer is obliged to follow the changes regularly.
2. Registration on the website
The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the Customer during registration.
3. Order registration and delivery deadline
The customer's order can be registered by the customer on the website. When registering the order the customer must specify the following information:
After registering the order, the customer is provided with the information on the expected date of transmission of the order by the Delivery Service. The specified date depends on the availability of the ordered products in the seller's warehouse, and the time required for order processing.
The Seller has the right to refuse registration of the order, if the Customer has already placed an order for 5 or more units, which he has previously refused, for reasons that are not related to the presence of defects in these products.
All informative materials displayed on the site, are advisory in nature and can not fully convey the exact information about the properties and characteristics of the goods, including color, size and shape.
If the ordered product is missing in the Seller's warehouse, the Seller has the right to cancel the order and the obligation to inform the Customer by sending an e-mail to the specified address or by telephone.
In case of canceling the Prepaid Order, the cost of the canceled product is returned to the customer through the module in which the payment was originally produced.

4. Exchange and return policy
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 105-XV of 13.03.2003 "On Consumer Protection", there is the possibility within 14 calendar days, to replace with a similar product or to refund the value of the product, if the product is not used, has not lost its consumer qualities and if there is evidence that it was purchased from the seller.
Also, in accordance with the above-mentioned law, claims arising from consumers within 30 days can be satisfied only if the product had a defect (manufacturing defect) and not under normal wear and tear.
How to submit and settle complaints
1. During the warranty period, consumers shall submit complaints concerning the seller's original defective products.
2. When lodging the complaint, the consumer shall present a copy of the sales receipt or a copy of another document confirming the purchase (including the guarantee certificate).
Return
Appropriate reduction of the price or refund of the value of the product within the warranty period, in case of defects not attributable to the consumer, shall be unconditionally made by the seller within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of submission of the complaint by the consumer.
Protection of personal data
Thus, all information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions established by Law No. 133 of July 8, 2011 on the protection of personal data.
In the event that you request a refund of the value of the product or its replacement with a similar product or a product of a different model, in accordance with Law no. 105 dated March 13, 2003 on consumer protection, the consumer (customer) files a complaint to this effect.
In any of the above mentioned conditions, in order to fully satisfy your complaint, please give us your consent to process your personal data.

5. Privacy Policy
By providing personal information to the site, the customer agrees to its processing by the seller, including for the promotion of products and services of the site.
The customer must be aware that all information offered for the implementation of this service will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons or sites. The exception may be the provision of personal information at the request of the competent authorities of the Republic of Moldova or at the request of the court. The seller is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the customer's personal information. The customer is obliged to provide reliable information. In case the customer provides incorrect information, the seller is not responsible for the given information and possible consequences.
Security measures
Commercial security measures are used to prevent unauthorized access, to maintain data accuracy and to ensure the correct use of the information on the site. Transmission of data over the Internet or wireless networks cannot be completely secure. Therefore, as with other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you provide to us, so you do so at your own risk.
